Am I the only person who wishes it turned out more like this?
And I know this is so not Oppo, but are they dropping the retractable hard top? Because I love mine.

I think my only problem with that render is that it looks like they just raided the parts bin of their other cars. Not that it's a bad thing, since I really like haw Mazdas cars look right now, but I like the idea of the Miata looking different.
I like the Boxter-esque rear deck, but the Front is screaming 2015 Mustang.

I don't like that face. At least the ND has a smiley face, no matter how squinted it's eyes are. I want a god damn ND Fastback!

I like this. Even though it's a bit angry and that metal-looking trim thingy that connects the taillights are on every other car nowadays. Apart from that, its not bad.

They got the profile right. I'm holding off judgement for the front until I see one in person (the cutline on the hood is pretty weird - I'm guessing it's that way to make room for the Alfa grille).

You're definitely not the only one, I posted the same thing on all the debut threads. I'm not sure I'll ever warm up to the real thing. The NC is infinitely better-looking, and this render is worlds better than what we got.

I am sure you are not the only one that thinks so... but I do like the new one a LOT. This render makes it look like a sedan based car. The actual ND is quite pretty in my opinion. And before everyone starts flaming me for that, I do own both an NA (93-LE) and an NC (13-GT)... and yes, the NA is prettier.
